hereby releases the original Obligor(s) from further obligations
or1liability under the mortgage or -note -referred to~°above: - -
4. Except as specifically designated-herein, nothing
here shall constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned
promissory-note and taortgage, the provisions of which are speci-
. icicaily reaxfirmed by the-new Obligor(s)..
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal -
representatives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to
the same extent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were
Mortgagor{s) under said mortgage and the maker(s) of all pro-
missory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the
Owner(s) is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest
rate payable on the sums secured by said mortgage is also satis-
factory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale, trans-
fer -andjor conveyance bf the mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
