O R D E R
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff, TREASURE COAST FISHERIES COOPERATIVE,
INC., to Dissolve the Writ of Garnishment, dated November 26,
1979, and served upon the SUN BANK OF SAINT LUCIE COUNTY, and
the Court, having considered the same and after hearing argu-
ments of .counsel, and having been otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Writ of Garnishment, -
dated November 29, 1979, issued in this cause upon the Garnishee
SUN BANK OF SAINT LUCIE COUNTY, is hereby dissolved and discharged,
and any funds held by SUN BANK OF SAINT LUCIE COUNTY, shall be
forthwith released from said Writ.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida, this 11th day of February, 1980.
