O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion for Payment
from the Registry of_Court filed on behalf of the Defendants,
for the payment of the sums of money set forth in the Amended
Declaration of Taking herein and the identical good faith
estimates of value set forth in the Order of Taking herein,
as to Parcel No. 111, said sum having been deposited in the
Registry of this Court on the 24th day of January, 1980, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
pay to the Defendants, EARLE T. FIELD, JR. and THERESA M. FIELD,
his wife, EDWARD JONES and LILLIAN JONES, his wife, and
GASTON J. VACHON and RITA VACHON, his wife, the following total
~ sum of money from said moneys deposited into the Registry of
this Court, pursuant to the Order of Taking herein, on the 24th
~ day of January, 1980, to-wit:
Parcel No. 111: $38,700.00
