CERTIFICATE
OF
AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
THE UNDERSIGNED, being the hereinafter designated officers
of GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO., the General Partner of
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partner-
ship and the Developer of BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM, do hereby-
certify that the following was duly enacted as an amendment to the
Declaration of Condominium-of BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM pursuant
to 5718.403, Florida'Statutes, relating to the addition of phases
to a phase condominium. The original Declaration of Condominium
of said Condominium was recorded in Official Record Book 321, Page
2609, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Developer hereby submits to the condominium form of ownership
pursuant to the Condominium Act those certain lands described in
this Certif icate as Phase B to BEACHTREE II, A CONDOMINIUM. Attached
hereto as Exhibit No. "1" hereto is a Survey Exhibit containing the
information required by §718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes, relating
to said Phase B. The legal description of said Phase 8 lands hereby
submitted to condominium ownership is as shown on Page 3 of Exhibit -
~ No. "1" to said Declaration of Condominium. _ '

j The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall be ad-
justed in accordance with Article V of said Declaration of Condomin-
ium as shown on Page 2 of Exhibit "A" to said Declaration of Condo-
