Zhe Irbrtgagor agrees to pay all ta~oes, assesszents, surd utilities
that may bt: levied and assessed against the property herein,
subsequent to the date hereof, and agrees that if the Mortgagor
shall fail bo ~P the pr+oppsty insured or to PaY ~Y P~~
or pay ta~oes, assessments, or utilities, then the Irbrtc,Jagee, if
it sD elects, may pay the same, and the atmunt so paid shall be
secured by this Mortgage, and repaid with interest by the

written notion thereof. Failure bo make such paynents sha11 be
deemed a default of the Nate secured hereby and of this I~brtgage. '
If the Mart~gagor shall sell, convey, or transfer the pmoperty .
