R06ERS, his wife hereinafter called .the grantor, to FtORIQII BANK at FORT PIERCE, whose postofrice address is P. 0. Box 3469, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 hereinafter called the Grantee: wITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the suan of =10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, _ conveys and confinas unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: rMrt ~f 8loc!;s 7~ 4~ of ~Ar~[1f1 A~~?tTI~! as rece~~d in Plat Book 2, Page 16, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows; From the Southwest corner of said Block 93, run South 89°29'42" East, 25 feet to a point that is 50 feet east of the Centerline of South-25th Street, thence run North 0°00'18" East, 275 feet to the North lice of Frist 8oulevaad, thence run South 89°27'27" East, 175 feet, thence run North 0 O1'40" East, 345.01 feet to the South line of ag 80 foot right of way for Nebraska Avenue, thence run North 89 24'40" west, 175 feet, thence run South 0`'101'40" west, 345.20 feet to the point of beginning. THIS DEED IS GIVEN St>BJECT to such easements for. sewer, water and electric utility services as are required to bring such utility services to the above described property; to reservations, restrictive covenants, easements of record, applicable governmental regulations, planning .and zoning ordinances. It is agreed that the above described property shall be used for t`he construction and maintenance of a banking office E building for the purposes of carrying on a banking business by grantee, specifically excluding from use thereof as e _ commercial laboratory-and commercial x-ray facility as ' said use is defined in Paragraph 8 of the Contract for Sale dated April 4, 1979 between the parties hereto. These covenants shall run with the land and shall_be binding until ~ such time as Hospital Corporation of America or its subsidiaries cease to operate the acute care hospital near the property described herein. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
