and as Trustee, hereinafter called the grantor, to
FLORIDA 8AN1C AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corporation,
whose. post office address is P. O. Box 3469, Fort Pierce,.
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acicnowiedged, hereby grants a -
perpetual easement unto the grantee.
WHEREAS, DOYLS ROGERS, as Trustee, is the holder of
. title to that real property described herein for the use and -
benefit of Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., and
WHEREAS, Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., a Florida
corporation, has agreed that the property described herein
shall be used as a holding pond, and
WHEREAS, by that certain Contract-for sale of Real
Estate dated April 4, 1979, between the FLORIDA BANR AT FORT
PIERCE and LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER, INC., it was specifically
agreed that the property described herein which is presently

zoned R-7B would be retained by the Seller as a holding pond
and that no signs, structures or buildings, of any kind,

shall be placed upon said property and that a written
perpetual easement restricting said property would be
furnished to the Buyer at closing.
WHEREAS, the below-signed grantor, hereby grants a
perpetual easement on and to the property described herein
as follows; said property being vacant land and not homestead:
Apart of LAWNWOOD ADDITION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 16, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of Block 73, run South
4 89°26'22" East 25 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue South 89°26'22" East a distance
of 125 feet to a point; thence run South 0°01'18"
