This cause ca~ae on for trial the 11th .day of February, 1980,
and it appearing that the parties have agreed upon disposition of their
property and upon custody and support for the minor child and the Court
being fully advised therein thereupon. It is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARC S. HANNA
and NANCY J. HANNA be and the saoa is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of theca are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and fray the obligations arising therafraa.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of NARC SHAWN HANNA minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to NANCY J. HANNA with reasonable and
liberal rights of visitation reserved to MARC S. HANNA.

` 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~~daUr of~ - 1980,
MARC S. HANNA shall pay to MANGY J. HANNA the sum of X40.00 each and
every week for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to NANCY J. HANNA. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of 62.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay~ent
made to the Clerk. Ail payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while

this order is in effgct.
4. RESTRAdNIMG ORDER: That each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained as to harassment, embarrassment or violence of either party
as to the other.
