DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PAMELA J. NOELKE and ROBERT L. NOELKE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ! between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re- ference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassing or annoying the other. 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders ` as may be proper.
