PETITION AUTHORIZING SAL$ OF PROPERTY
• PETITIONER, WYNELL WILLIAMS, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of FRANK R, JENSEN, alleges:
1, One of .the assets of the estate is an
undivided 1/2 interest in real property described as:
• Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 7, WHITE CITY, Plat Book 1,
Page 23, public recoxds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner has received an offer to purchase
the described real property upon the following terms and
conditions:
(SEE ATTACHED CONTRACT DATED JANUARY 7, 1980).
3. Petitioner is guardian for EDNA E, JENSEN,
incompetent. Petitioner is personal representative of the
estate of FRANK K. JENSEN, who died intestate,
4. Petitioner considers that it is for the best
interests of the estate and of those ~.nterested in it that the

real property described be sold at the price and upon the terms
offered for the reason that a sale will provide needed funds,
and will facilitate distribution of the assets of the estate;
EDNA E. JENSEN, the sole heir at law is in a nursing home; and

in need of cash funds for her support.
5. The only person having an interest in this
proceeding and her respective address is: WYNELL V. WILLIAMS,
P. 0. Box 2181, Stuart, Florida 33494, her interests being both
ANDERSON ~c OUNGEY.
