On the petition of the Personal Represeatative of this
estate for an order authorizing the sale of real property,-the Court
finds that all interested persons have been served proper notice of
this hearing or have waived notice thereof, that the material allegations
of the petition are true and that it. is in the beat interests of the
estate and necessary for the purpose of facilitating distribution of
the estate to sell the property described in the petition at private sale,
upon the terms and at the price described in the petition,~it is
ADJUDGED that the personal representative is authorized to
j sell the real property described as: Lots 15,_16, 1? and 18, Block 7,
WHITE CITY, Plat Book 1, Page 23, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, at private sale for the sum of $30,000.00, upon the following
terms: SEE ATTACHED CONTRACT; and WYNELL WILLIAI~S, as Personal Representa-
