I.
Identification and Revocation: I, ROBBRTA PEENING PEED,
of the. City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, hereby revoke all former wills and codicils bq me
made and declare this to be my Last Will.
II.
Burial Instructions: I direct that my body be buried
in a Christian-like manner befitting my circumstances in life
. and that all my dust debts, including last illness and funeral
expenses, be paid as soon after my death as possible.
III.
Appointment of Personal Representative: I appoint my
daughter, EMILY PEED BEACON to serve as personal representati
under this Will. If my daughter shall fail or cease to
serve, I appoint my son, GEORGE P. PEED, to serve as
personal representative. I direct that no bond will be
required of the personal representative under this Will.
IV.
Powers of the Personal Representative: The personal
representative named in the Will and their successors and
the parties serving in their stead shall .have all the powers
and protection granted unto Trustees by statute at the -
time of application, in addition to and not in limitation of
any common law or statutory authority, and without applica-
tion to any court. They shall have the powers and responsi-
bilities described below, to be exercised in their absolute
discretion:
A. With regard to both real and personal property, ~
• for the purpose of obtaining funds for the payment of taxes,
claims and the cost of administration, payment of gifts and
