The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the sole
beneficiary of decedent's estate. Her name and address is as set-
forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney are
as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedex:t, JACOB W. RUMPF, whose last known address was
j602 Citrus Avenue, Fort Pierce, died on May 24, 1979, at Easter
Manor Nursing Rome, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
of any who are minors, are:
