- THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Motion
by the natural mother, BOBBIE J. GIBBON, to dismiss-the Petition
for Guardianship .pursuant to R.C,P. 1.140 Rules of Civil PrQ~-
cedure and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
_having reviewed the pleadings, affidavits, attachments, briefs -
and other documents submitted by the parties, the applicable
law, and otherwise being fully advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Petition for Guardianship is hereby dismissed
for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted.
