i, VERA MARSH, a resident of Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and d3,sposinq mind and memory,~do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all former Wills by me at any time made,~and intending hereby to
devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of
which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my death, wherever the same maybe situated, as
follows, to-wit:.
FIRST: I direct_my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts -and funeral expenses as soon after my death as is
practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath-unto
PAUL B. MEYER, to have and to hold unto himself absolutely and forever.
His mailing address is Post Office Box 3992, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
THIRD: In the event PAUL B. MEYER fails to survive me by thirty
(30)_ days, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, whether real, personal, or mixed, unto my
brother, G. R. HATCH, to have and to hold unto himself absolutely and
forever. In the event my brother, G. R. HATCH, fails to survive me,
~ I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder
of my estate to the BLIND CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION in Jacksonville, Florida,
to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: At this time I have in mind my niece, REBENA MILLS, and
my nephew, RALPH MILLS, and I specifically leave them nothing under
this my Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appoint PAUL B. MEYER Executor of
-this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon him power
as such Executor to administer my estate, excusing him from giving any
bond, or making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon him
full authority and power to manage, invest and reinvest, to sell and
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with
