any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as he
may deem best for the interest of my estate. I further hereby expressly
confer upon him the authority and power to borrow money for the use
of my said estate in any instance where he may think it necessary and
proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form
of security to or upon any part of my estate; this he may do without
the order of any court.
In the event PAUL B. MEYER fails to survive me or if he fails to
.qualify as Executor, I appoint the FIRST NATIONAL BANR OF FORT PIERCE
as 8xecutor of this Will with the same rights and privileges as PAUL
B. MEYER would have had if he had survived me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal,
and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of tt-ie witnesses named hereinafter, on this the
day of June, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-
