LAST WILL. AND TESTAMENT .
I, GRACE R. ROSS, of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of~sovnd mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be mY Last Will and Testament, hereby.
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manner
suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will end I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty. _

i I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-

der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos-
sessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest
whatsoever, unto my son, RONALD J. ROSS, now residing at 38 Orkney
Road, Apartment 2, Brookline, Massachusetts 02146, per stirpes.
E FIFTH
I hereby nominate and appoint my son, RONALD J. ROSS, to act
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without
~ bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing of
