PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY
1. COMES NOW, the Personal Representative of the
estate of Joseph H. Ryan, Deceased, and petitions this
Court for an Order authorizing or confirming the sale of
real property owned by the Decedent.
2. The real property is described as follows:
Situated in Saint Lucie County, Florida, being Lot 66,
of Parkway Place, as shown on the plat thereof, in Plat
Book 4, Page 7, of the Public Records, of Saint Lucie
County, Florida. Also known as 910 Citrus Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. The Personal Representative has received an offer
and has accepted the offer of Gary R. Schmitt and Mario J.
Pascual, for the purchase of the property and personal
property therein, for the sum of Thirty-one Thousand Five

t Hundred Dollars ($31,500.00). The Personal Representative
f
has received a total of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) down
on the contract.
4. The Personal Representative believes that the sale
of the real property by the estate is in the best interest of
the estate and all beneficiaries thereof, in that it will
provide liquidity to the estate, cut down on some of the
expenses being incurred by the estate for the maintanence
of the property, and aid in the distribution of the assets
of the estate.
