ORDER APPROVING
PRIVATE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Petition of the Personal Representative of the above-referenced
Estate, being also one of the heirs of the said Estate, for
an Order of this Court approving the sale of real property of
the decedent, and the Court, aavinq considered the same, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sale of the following
described real property of the decedent, located in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, and described as follows:
Situated in Saint Lucie County, Florida, being Lot 66,
of Parkway Place, as shown on the plat thereof, in
Plat Book 4, Page 7, of the Public Records, of, Saint
Lucie County, Florida. Also known as 910 Citrus
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
is hereby approved and ratified to be sold to Gary R. Schmitt
and Mario J. Pascual, for the purchase of the property and
personal property therein, for the sum of Thirty-one Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($31,500.00). The Personal Representative
has received a total of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) down
on the contract.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida, this f~ day of February, 1980.
