2. TSirlPORARY STAtJCTORS8.
No tents or te~porary~buildings shall be erected
on any residential lot nor shall any trailer be placed thereon.
No fences or hedges shall be over four (4) feet in height on
the front lot line. Privacy fences, hedges or walls on the
side and rear lot lines are permitted up to six (6) feet in
height. The heights or elevations of any wall shall be
measured from the euisting property elevation.
3. BOILDING PLANS.

The construction plans of all residences and related
buildings to be erected on any lot shall be submitted in
advance to the undersigned and written approval of said plans
obtained in writing prior to commencement of any construction
work. The undersigned shall approve or disapprove such plane
within thirty (30) days after such plans have been sub~aitted
for approval. All dwellings or structures are to be built and
shall adhere to Building Codes of St. Lucie County and shall
comply with set back requirements established by St. Lucie
County Building and Zoning Department except however that no
residence shall be constructed within twenty-five (25) feet
from the front lot line nor within twenty-five (25) feet from
the rear lot line.
No trees shall be.removed from a building lot without
prior written permission from the undersigned. All roofs shall
have not less than a 4 and 12 pitch. All driveways must be
constructed of concrete or asphalt surface. No television
or communication antenna or towers shall be constructed in
front or attached to the front of any residence.
4. SEWAGE DISPOSAL.
All sewage shall be disposed of by a private state
. approved septic tank erected by a lot owner and such system _
