County and Florid~.~tate Depart~asnt~ol Health. Approval of
such systems as installed shall be obtained lraa the appropriate
governmental- authorities. No sees pool, earCh closet ar
privy may be built on any building lot nor can any outside
toilet be erected.
5. RT-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS. '
No lot within this subdivision shall at any time be-
re-subdivided.
6. TRUCRS COl~IBRCIAL VEHICLES BOATS, TRAILERS
AND MOTOR HOME .
No trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers or
motor homes shall be permitted to be parked in the subdivision
either on a private lot or on a road for a period of more than
four (4) hours unless said vehicle is present and necessary
in the actual construction or repair of buildings and no
. trucks or commercial vehicles shall be parked anywhere in the
subdivision over night. No visiting travel trailers, boats
or boat trailers shall be permitted to be parked in_the
subdivision for more than three (3) days. Small trucks, boats,
trailers and motor homes owned by.a lot owner and kept-over
night are to be parked so that they will not be conspicuously
- visible from the front property line or the street and the
parking area for any such vehicles shall be hidden by a privacy
fence, wall or vegetation buffer not less than Six (6') feet
in height so that they are not visible from the front property
line or-the street.
7. WEEDS, UNDERBRUSH AND UNDERGROWTH.
No weeds, underbrush or other unsightly growth or
debris shall be permitted to grow or remain on any subdivision
lot. No refuse pile or unsightly objects shall be allowed
to be placed. or suffered to remain on any lot. In the event
any Grantee of a lot in the subdivision shall fail or refuse
