ANIMALS. The raising, maintaining or breeding of any domesticated animals or birds. shall not be permitted on the premises except that not more than three~(3) of any species of household pets may be .kept by the owner of the premises. Litters of dogs and/or cats shall be removed from the premises not-mare than sixty (60) days from their birth. 9. CLOTHES DRYERS. No outdoor clothes drying areas shall be allowed unless they are enclosed by shrubbery, fences or walls con- structed in conjunction with heights described in Paragraph 2 herein. ' f 10. SIGNS AND DISPLAYS. No "For Rent" or "For Sale" signs or any other sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except one (1) sign of not more than two (2') feet by three (3') feet. No signs of a commercial nature shall be erected. 11. GARBAGE AND REPOSE DISPOSAL. ~ No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for refuse or trash. Garbage or other waste ,shall be kept in sanitary containers in underground cans or containers or placed in walled-in areas so that they shall not be visible from the adjoining properties. All lot owners shall be required to use a garbage disposal service that collects garbage and trash at least twice per week and to pay any reasonable charges which ~ may be made for such collection service.
