All lot owners - t -shall maintain their property in such manner so as not to create health or fire hazards or to leave any lot in an unsightly condition. -The developer reserves the right to enter upon any lot or lots to-mow, burn or clear any weeds or debris and reserves the right to assess the owner for - the cost thereof. - 13. UTILITY SASF.MBNTS . There shall be reserved for the purpose of installing and maintaining municipal and public utility facilities and for such ether purposes incident to the development of the - property such easements as are necessary for said purposes and there shall also be reserved easements and rights-of-way for constructing anchor guys for electric and telephone poles. 14. TEMPORARY WELLS. Temporary wells are permissible for lawn and outside use. It is specifically understood that in the event water and/or sewer mains are installed in the future by any government- al authority, all property owners shall be required to connect, at their own expense, to such mains and thereafter .shall not use well water for household purposes.
