Nall, atroet lighting and lighting on the entrance wall and
any other coaraon arep serving the subdivision. Sach.lot
owner shall bear one twenty-~tixth (1/26) of -the coat of
. said maintenance, irrespective of -the sine o! his lot. The
assessment to a lot owner for the cosmon area maintenance as
referred to in this paragraph shall be paid,pro~nptly when the
same becomes due.-and in the event of seid lot owners-failure
to pay the same withi*~ thirty (30) days of billing, said
amount shall constitute a lien upon the premises and shall

be enforced in equity as in the case of any lien foreclosure.

18. AMENDMENTS.
Anything in this Declaration to the contrary notwith-
standing, these restrictions and covenants may be amended
from time to time by recording an instrument among the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,. signed by a majority of
the then record owners of lots in the subdivision.
