FINAL JUDGMENT
- ~ THIS CAUSE COMING ON TO-be heard oa the Motion of the
Plaintiff for Entry of Final Judgment against Defendant, TOMMY G. LEDFORD,

under Count I of Plaintiff's Complaint, and the Court finding as follows:
1. That service of process was effected by publication on
Defendant, TOMMY G. LEDFORD.
2. That Default Judgment was entered on January 28, 1980 for
' Defendant's failure to answer or otherwise plead within the time prescribed
by law.
3. That Plaintiff has filed Affidavit of Proof under Count I
and based upon the foregoing, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Default Judgment entered by Clerk
herein, be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed by the Court.
It is also
f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall have and receive
judgment against Defendant under Count Z of Plaintiff's Complaint as
follows:
That the Quit-Claim Deed dated March 20, 1979, executed by
Plaintiff unto TOMMY G. LEDFORD and ADDIE MAE LEDFORD, his wife, be
and the same is hereby declared null and void and cancelled by this
judgment. The above referenced Deed is recorded in OR Book 308,
Page 2885, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, covering the
