ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED that the above referenced Deed,
having been cancelled, accordingly, the Purchase~Money Mortgage-and
Note executed on June 29, 1979, by and between i4ILLIAM C. FUitST and
JOAN H. FURST, his wife, and WILLIAM C. FURST JR., and DARLA ANN FURST, -
his wife, unto TOMMY G. LEDFORD and ADDLE MAE LEDFORD,.his wife, be
and the same is hereby reformed as follows:
That all right, title and interest of TOMMY G. LEDFORD
under said Note-and Mortgage be and the same is hereby cancelled, and
declared null and void, and Plaintiff, ADDLE MAS CAYSON, be and is
hereby declared the sole payee/Mortgagee under the aforesaid Mortgage
and Note and entitled to all rights thereunder. Said Mortgage and
Note are recorded in OR Book 313, Pages 2184 through 2187, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and encumbering the following
described real property, to wit:
Lots 13. 14 and 15, Block 4, TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION of the SW I/4

being an unrecorded plat; said lots being also described as
follows:
From the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 17,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run North 49.5 feet to the
North right-of-way of Canal No. 7; thence West on said right-
of-way 30 feet to the SE corner of Totten's unrecorded plat;
thence North parallel with and 30 feet West of the East side -
of said SW 1/4 of SW 1/4; a distance of 802.85 feet more or less
to the South right-of-way line of State Road 70 (Okeechobee
Road) and Foint of Beginning; thence Southwesterly 252.9 feet
along the South right-of-way line of State Road 70; thence south-
easterly 120 feet more or less at a right angle to said State
Road 70; thence Northeasterly 150 feet more or less parallel
to State Road 70, to a point on the West right-of-way line of
South 37th Streets thence run North along the said West right-
of-way of South 37th Street to the South right-of-way of State - -
