This cause having come on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Motion For Continuance and the Court having heard the argument of
counsel, having reviewed the Court File and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:.
1. That the Plaintiff's Motion For Continuance be
and hereby is granted;
2. That the trial of this cause currently set for
Non-Jury Trial on the Non-Jury Trial Docket for February 13, 1980
be and hereby~is continued until the Non-Jury Trial Docket commencing
on April 30, 1980 and ending May 2, 1960,;
3. That this cause shall be dismissed if it is not
tried during this Court's Non-.Jury Trial Docket for the week of
April 30, 1980 through May 2, 1980.
