ORDER After due notice by or to all parties affected., a hearing was held before the Court on February .12,.1980 with respect to-the Motions disposed of by this Order. Upon stipulation of the parties, it is, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, M. B. SRAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, shall not assign, transfer, convey, sell, discount, or receive either full or partial prepayment of interest or principal under that certain Mortgage heed dated November 9, 1978, wherein Barrie Reed's Auto Plaaa, Inc., a Florida corporation, is mortgagor, and M. B. SRAGGS and MARY ANN SRAGGS, as tenants in common, are the mortgagees; said Mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 297, page 2471, of the Public Records of_St. Lucie County, Florida, and encumbers the following described real estate: Lot 47, less the North 210 feet thereof~of the Subdivision of WHITE CITY, in Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as per g1_a_t of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 1, page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. This Order shall not be construed so as to prohibit the payment ~ or receipt of the regular, recurring monthly payments required under the promissory note secured by this Mortgage.
