ORDER
This. cause came on for hearing before the Court on February
I2, I980, upon the Petitioner's Motion for Substitution of Bond
and the Court having reviewed the contents of said Motion and
being advised by the attorney for the Petitioner that the attorney
for the Respondent, FLORENCE 'C. GLANOLA, had no objection to the
granting of the Motion, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED ANA ADJUDGED:
1. The Clerk of this Circuit Court, Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, St. Lucie County, is hereby ordered to release and turn
over to counsel for the Petitioner, CHARLES. J. DORFMAN, ESQUIRE,
the $10,000.00 deposited in the Registry of the Court as bond for
the temporary restraining order entered in this. cause on November 13,
1979, less any statutory clerk's fee for said service.
2. The .draft from said clerk shall be made payable to
Petitioner's attorney, CHARLES J. DORFMAN, and upon receipt thereof,
said attorney shall immediately cause the funds entrusted to him to
be deposited in a federally insured savings and loan bank in Fort
