St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Upon the receipt of the. passbook representing said deposit, .
Petitioner's attorney shall immediately deliver said passbook to
the Clerk, who shall receive same. and retain it in safe keeping for -
the credit of the~Petitioner pending further order of this Court.
4. As .interest is credited to `said account by the depository
bank, and the interest so credited shall bring the balance~in -
said account over and above the required bond.of.$10,000.00, the ~ -
~Court may, upon proper Lotion, permit Petitioner to draw out these
excess funds so long as the amount on deposit shall not fall below
$10,000.00.
