THIS CAUSE came on to be heard. upon plaintiff's Motion for
Final Judgment In Garnis~mnent, the defendant, having filed an
Amended Motion Denying GarnisUment Motion and an Amended Motion to
Dismiss and Vacate Writ of Garnishment and the Court having heard
the argument of couasel for the plaintiff and defendant, it is thereupon -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The Writ of Garnislnnent served upon FORT FIERCE JIM, INC . ,
as garnishee be and the same ~is hereby dissolved.
2. The $10.00 deposited into the Registry of the Court shall be
disbursed to Alan J. Pollock, Esq. of 1215 East Hillsboro Boulevard,
Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441, as Attorney for the garnishee.
