O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Motions of the Defendant, GEORGE E. CARTER, d/b/a BOWSN
WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE, aad STATE FARM FIRE INSURANCE COM-
PANY, to Dismiss the Crossclaims of GORMAN COMPANY and AIRWICK
POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC, and Motion to Strike
Portions of the Crossclaim of AIRWICK, and Plaintiff's Motion
For Protective Order, and this Court having considered-the same,
hearing the agruments of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Count IV of the Crossclaim of GORMAN COMPANY
is dismissed without Leave to Amend;
2. Count II of the Crossclaim of AIRWICK POOL
PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC, is dismissed;
3. AIRWICK shall have five (5) days from the
date hereof, in which to file an Amendment to Count II of
its Crossclaim;
4. The Plaintiff's Motion For Protective Order '
is denied, except Defendant's counsel shall not inquire
__into areas previously inquired into except as to areas where
there are inconsistencies between the deposition and/or
