A Motion having been made by the Defendants in Civil
Action Case No. 79 494 CA for consolidation of the above styled
actions, and it appearing that a common question of law or
fact is involved aad a saving in cost and delay will result-from
consolidation, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Consolidate
is granted and said actions be and they are hereby consolidated
into one action in this Court.
