BAILEY, ) Defendant. ) TF~i'iPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on February 8, 1980 upon Plaintiff's Complaint for temporary restraining order, and Plaintiff having been present with counsel, and Defendant not having been present and-not having notice, and. the. Court. having considered the circumstances and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORL~ERYD AND ADJUnGFD as follows: 1. That Defendant, CORY L. F.AILEY, is hereby enjoine from interfering with Plaintiff, BEF.:aICF Rh?SR''S right of pos- session of the premises at 1710 Avenue Q, Fort Pierce, Florida, until Further order of the Court; 2. That Defendant is further enjoined from inter- feting with Plaintiff's right to quiet enjoyment of the premises until further order of the Court; 3.
