ORDER
This cause came to be heard on Claimants' Motion
to Overrule Objections to Dr. Hersh's deposition testimony
and to allow reading of the full deposition of Dr. Hersh
by .the. Panel Members. Raving heard argument of counsel and
being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Claimants' Motion is granted.
Dr. Hersh's deposition will' be made a~tailable to all Panel
Members for reading en toto. The Clerk is further instructed
to unseal any materials in the file that are presently marked
F
"sealed" and to make all materials available for inspection by
Panel Members.
