CASE NO.s 78-263 CA SARAR P8$R PATTBRSON, ) _ Plaintif#, ) vs. ) PIERRE JOSEPR TRUDELL and ) • RENILWORTR INSURANCE COMPANY, ) ~ , Defendants. ) O R D E R THIS CAUSE came to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion for Enfo ement of Settlement of this claim and the Court having : . considered the Motion,--the documents presented, and arguments of counsel,. finds that: • 1) A Jury Verdict was entered in this case in favor of the~Plaintiff, SARAR PEER PATTERSON, against the Defendants, KENILWORTH INSURANCE COMPANY and PIERRE JOSEPH TRUDELL in the amount of $7,500.00 in payment of the property damage to the Plaintiff's vehicle, and the sum of $12,120.00 in payment of the personal injuries sustained by the Plaintiff for a total recovery for damages in the amount of $19,620.00. The Jury Verdict also awarded the Plaintiff, SARAH PEER PATTERSON, $1.00 in punitive damages from the Defendant, PIERRE JOSEPH TRUDELL. _ 2) This Court entered an Order in the amount of $1,135.86 in favor of the .Plaintiff, SARAH PEER PATTERSON, against the Defendants, KENILWORTH INSURANCE COMPANY and PIERRE JOSEPH TRUDELL, for taxable costs. 3) Counsel for the respective parties entered into a Settlement agreement providing-that the carrier, KENILWORTH INSURANCE COMPANY is to pay the Plaintiff, $13,002.08 in damages and $1,135.86 for taxable costs. This Settlement was evidenced by and reduced to writing in a letter of October, 1979, to counsel for the Defendants, and in a letter of November 20, 1979, from counsel for the Defendants to counsel for the Plaintiff which included a General Release and IrIM~t /fffls
