PETITION FOR FINAL DISTRIBUTION
WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The petitioners, John L. Carson, III and David G. Carson,
individually and as co-personal representatives of the above
estate allege:
1. The decedent John L. Carson, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on August 1, 1979, and letters of adminis-
tration were duly issued to petitioners on August 6, 1979.
2. The specific bequests made in the decedent's last
will and one codicil thereto to Mrs. John (Maggie) Drake and
Caroline H. Mason, respectively, have been paid over and delivered
to said beneficiaries and receipts therefor are attached hereto.
3. Petitioners in their individual capacities as surviv-
ing sons of the decedent and the residuary beneficiaries named
~ in his last will are entitled to all remaining assets of the
decedent's estate. In their individual capacities, they hereby

waive the filing of a final or other accounting by themselves

as co-personal representatives; waive service~of this petition
for distribution and all notice thereof and consent to the
entry of an order authorizing the requested final distribution.
4. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
that were presented and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of adBiiini~~icltiClii.
5. Petitioners have obtained from the Florida Department
of Revenue a nontax certificate evidencing no estate tax due
the State of Florida; and no Federal Estate Tax Return Form
