6. Petitioners have on hand for distribution, in addi-
tion to cash, the following listed securities:
American Telephone and Telegraph Company
600 shares
American Can Company
700 shares
Esmark, Inc.
200 shares
C.I.T. Financial Corporation
100 shares
E. F. Hutton Co., Corporate Income Trusts
10 units, No. 2 Series
20 units, No. 8 Series
10 units, No. 20 Series
7. Petitioners propose .to distribute to themselves in
their individual capacities the cash on hand and the above
securities, each distributee to receive one-half of the cash
on hand and one-half of the securities.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that an order be entered
allowing final-distribution of all assets remaining in this estate
to them in their individual capacities, share and share alike,
and that the final accounting herein be waived.
