This cause coming on to be heard on the petition for-a a
final distribution without accounting filed by the personal
representatives herein, John L. Carson, III and David G. Carson, .
who in their individual capacities as surviving sons and residuary
beneficiaries named in the decedent's will are entitled to
all remaining estate assets, specific bequests having previously
been paid and delivered, and the Court finding that to date
the estate has been properly administered and such distribution
should be made, and that all interested parties have waived
final accounting and any notice thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the personal representatives
may distribute to themselves, in their individual capacities,
all remaining estate assets, pursuant to the following schedule:
