PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioners, LOUIS E. THOMAS, JR. and DORIS T. HANISCO, as
personal representatives of the above estate alleges
1. Part of the assets of the estate consists of:
Parcel 1:
Lot 1,. Block 4, SII~TDON'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Hook 10, page 54, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Begin at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 4, SINDON'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10, page 54, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, run northwesterly along the
easterly line of Anthony Street, a distance of
72.5 feet; thence run East parallel with-the north
line of said Lot 1, a distance of 106.0 feet;
thence run southeasterly and parallel with Anthony
Street, a distance of 72.5 feet to the NE corner
of said Lot 1; thence run West 106.0 feet to point
• of beginning.
2. Petitioners consider it is expedient, necessary and to
the best interest of the estate to sell the above-described real
property in order to provide funds for debts of last illness,
funeral expenses and costs of administration and the balance dis-
tributed to the beneficiaries under the Will.
3. A signed contract for sale, conditioned upon Court
approval, has been received to purchase the above-described real
property for $25,500.00, cash.
4. LOUIS E. THOMAS, JR. and DORIS T. HANISCO, the only
interested persons in this proceeding, consent to the sale of the
property described in paragraph one.
WHEREFORE, petitioners ask for an Order authorizing the
