ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause has been cQr.sidered by this Court upon the
petition of LOUIS THOMAS, JR. and DORIS T. HANiSCO, personal
representatives of the above estate, and the Court having deter-
mined that it is in the beat interest of the estate that certain
assets be sold in order to provide funds for debts of last ill-
ness, funeral expenses, costs of administration and distribution,
that the best interest of the estate will be served by a sale of
the property and that the sale should be for $25,500.00, cash,.
it is
ADJUDGED that Petitioners, as personal representative of
the above estate, are authorized to sell the following described
property for $25,500.00, cash:
Parcel 1:
Lot 1, Block 4, SINDON'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 54, public .
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Begin at the NW corner of-Lot 1, Block 4, SINDON'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10, page 54, public records~of St. Lucie
County, Florida, run northwesterly along the easterly
line of Anthony Street, a distance.of 72.5 feet;
thence run East parallel with the north line of said
Lot 1, a distance of 106.0 feet; thence run south-
easterly and parallel with Anthony Street, a distance
of 72..5 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 1; thence
run West 106.0 feet to point~of beginning.
