WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the prosissory note
of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor hereby
- grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto

run Northwesterly on said right of way 169.13 feet for the Point of
Beginning, thence continue Northwesterly along said right of way
175.87 feet, more or less, to the North line of the North 1/2 of the
South 1/2 of said Government Lot 2, thence East along said North line
to the Indian River, thence meandering the shore of the Indian River
southeasterly 176 feet, more or less, to a point bearing due West
from the Point of Beginning, thence run west to said Point of Begin-
ning. LESS Indian River Drive right of way.
THIS IS A PURCH1~iSE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE.
