Authorizing Sale of Real Estate", and it•apperaing•that•in said
original Order a_typographical-error exfsted wherein the•lot
described was Lot 11,-Block d, Section 1, Coral Cove Subdivision,
and it further appearing that said description should have read
- Lot 11, B1ocI~ 7, Coral Cove Beach, Subdivision One, and it furthe
appearing that no notice to creditors is required for the entry
of•this order, and the Court having considered the application
submitted is support hereof, and good cause appearing for the
making o~ this order,' - ~ -
IT IS on this day of January, 1980, on application
of Lehman $ Masserman, attorneys for debtors herein,
. _ ORDERED, that the Order of this Court dated November 18, -
1976, entitled "Order Authorizing Sale of Real Estate" be and
the same is hereby amended from Lot 11, Block 6, Section 1, Coral
Cove Subdivision to read as amended Lot 11, Block 7, Coral Cove
Beach Subdivision, Section One as per plat thereof filed in
I 8A at Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B, Public Records of St.~Lucie
