obllgation to make. payment of assessments for the maintenance and operation

lion and Agreement for and Grant of Easements and Other Rights (the "Bettie- ,
meet Stipulation") -and a Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions
(the "Protective Covenants"), as hereinafter set forth. The Settlement Stipu--
lation provides .for -this Condominium to be served by certain fadlities of High
Point of Fort Pierce Condo®inium Section 1 -and the Protective. Covenants _
provides for certain land use covenants upon the land areas described therein
(including, but not limited to, ~ po~ons of the land areas included within this
Condominium) and provides for certain drainage easements and other ease-
meets and rights including, but not limited to, the "Roadway Easement". .
. "Sewage System Rights" , "Water System Rights" . and "Future Devebpment'
Property DraU~age Easement", all as are more particularly -described therein,
aU in addition to- the .other matters set forth iri the Settldo~ent Stipulation and
Protective Covenants, which other matters include, but are not lindted to, the
obit anon to pay certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the
Se~ement Stipulation and Protective Covenants . Grantee expressly acknoerl-
edges and assumes the obligation to pay the amounts assessed against the -
Apar~ent under both the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants and
adumvrledges that "Assessments" under- both the Setti,~nent Stipulation and
Protective Covenants against all Properties now or hereafter induded within
