This matter having come before the Court as Plaintiffs'
Motion for Temporary Injunction,~aad the Court having heard the
•evideace and arguments of Counsel, this. Court finds:
1. The Special_Direcbors Meeting held by Nettle's Island,
Inc. on January 16, 1980 eras improperly noticed and in violation
of the By-Laws.
2. Both the proxies sent out by the Board of Directors
and the green proxies seat by the Concerned Unit Owners are not
"Directed Proxies" as required by the By-Laws. .
Upon the above findings of fact, it is hereby ordered that
the annual meeting presently scheduled for February 16, 1980 is
hereby enjoined until further Order of this Court, upon posting of
$2,000.00 bond by Plaintiffs.
