THIS CAUSB caste on before the Court-for final hearing
on -this date;, .after due notice, ar:d the Petitioner~ife, DOROTHY
BASS, being present.. and represented by counsel, and the Court
having heard testimony fro® the Peti~iouer/Wife anrd her witness, -
and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and -
decides as followss -
~1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter in this.action.
2. There were five (5) children born as a result of-
this marriage, to wit: ANGELA D. BASS, female, age 15 years;
CBBSTLR BASS, JR., male, age 14 years; TANGELA D. BASS, female,
age 11 years; JAMBS R. BASS, male, age 9 years; and DOUGLAS O.
BASS,- male, age 6. years.
3. A basis-for dissolution of marriage exists in that
the marriage is irretrievably broken. It is thereupon
ORDBRSD AND ADJI~GED
That the marriage between DOROTHY BASS and CHBSTRR BASS
is hereby dissolved, such dissolution to be~_a vinculo matriaanii.
FUK1'HBR, the Separation Agreement entered into on
SepteDnber 19,-1979, and introduced into evidence in this cause.
