This cause came on for trial February 11, 1980 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.- It
is, thereupon
I, ~ ORDERED .AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JEFFREY J. FUSSELL and
MARGARET L. FUSSELL be and the same. is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between thew and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. By appropriate instrument the Husband, JEFFREY J.
FUSSELL, shall ~~nyE+y fo the Wife: M_ARC~?RET L. FUSSELL, his
interest, if any, in the 1978 Chevrolet automobile subject to
any liens thereon.- The Wife, MARGARET L. FUSSELL, shall be res-
ponsible for paying any lien and to save the Husband, JEFFREY J.
FUSSELL, harmless therefrom.
3. The Wife, MARGARET L. FUSSELL, be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of MARGARET B. MARSOCCI and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter-
vened.
