all the evidence, finds and determines: Thin Court has.
jurisdiction-over the parties and the subject matter of this
suit;~that the relationship of husband-and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dis olved,
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRiACE. The marriage between
E JAMES MICHAEL, LETTINGS and MARY L. LETTINGS be and-the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing.

2 . SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SE,TTI~NT AGREEMENT ,
The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered into
evidence by the Husband as Exhibit 7., is hereby incorporated by
reference into this Final Judgment and the parties are ordered
xo abide by it.
3. CUSTODY, Custody . of the minor child of the
parties is hereby awarded to the Wife subject to the visitation
