and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds 'und.deters?ines:.
This Court hsa juriadiation of the parties and subject ~Cter o~ this suit; that the
relation of Husband end Wife now euists bet~reen the parties; and that Che marriage betveea
the parties is irretrievably. broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
OBD~BRED AND ADJUDGED as follws:
1. DIS30LUTIOr1 OF HAxRiAHB.. The marriage between NEIL GAiiT1lK and Nl~NNShORE G[WI1~IC
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed frog the bonds of nr?trimony~heretofore existing between them and froa.the obligations
arising therefrosa. -
2. CUSTODY. CuBtody of RHYSPATBICR C~3iLA1C"and BRETT ALEXANDER GAWIAK, the-minor
children of-the parties, is hereby awarded to HANNELORB C~dLAR, Wife, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to NBII. GA~iIAK, Husband.
3. SUPPi?RT. Cocaeencing the day Of , 1 NSIL C~AWIAK,

Huisband, shall pay to HANNBLURE GAiiY~IC, Wife, the sues of $400.00 each and every month
for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to HANNELORE GAfiIAR, Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum? of $2.00
as statutory costs to be added to each payment,msde to the Clerk. Ali payments shall be
made in cash, ma?ney order or cashier's cheek. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement(stipulatioa) admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference sad the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
5. JURI&DICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained
