1980 and the Court having given Pull. consideration to all
parties and subject matter of~this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the partie=s is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORAERED AND ADJUDGED as ~fo].lows :
1; DISSOLUTION Op 1~fARK?AGE, The marriage between JAMS
BARRX T'HARTON and LYNN A. TNAaCTON be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and, the parties and each~of them are hereby: forever
creed fron; the bonds of matrisgon}~ heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom,
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES MICAARL T'HAXTON, minor
chi'!d of the parties, i$ hereby awarded to LYNN A. THAXTON
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES BARRY
THAXTON. Said reasonable wisiCation shall include, but not
be lfn~ited to, the- following:
a. Second and fourth weekend of every month;
b. Two days during the week, either Tuesdays and
Thursdays, or such other days ae the parties shall agree,
upon 24-hours notice; and
c, Holiday- visitation to be exercised in a manner to
be agreed upon between the parties.
